AGADEV and public institutions join forces to optimize the valuation of carbon credits
June 25, 2025Ms Scyrielle SENDE ETALI, Managing Director of the Agence Gabonaise pour le Développement de l’Économie Verte (AGADEV), was granted an audience with Mr Mays MOUISSI, Minister for the Environment and Climate, on Monday February 17, 2025.
The meeting was an opportunity for Mrs. SENDE ETALI to present her greetings to the Minister, before detailing AGADEV’s missions and prerogatives.
This public agency, under the technical supervision of the Ministry of the Environment, plays a strategic role in promoting research, innovation and ecosystem restoration. Its aim is to position Gabon as a leader in the green economy and environmental preservation in Africa.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss ways of supporting the project to develop Gabon’s natural capital, a crucial factor in the country’s ecological transition and economic development.
