September 9, 2025The Managing Director of the Agence Gabonaise pour le Développement de l’Économie Verte (AGADEV), Madame Scyrielle P. SENDE ETALI, met on Tuesday July 22, 2025 with a delegation from Partnership For Forest (P4F), a £1 billion British government initiative to support private investment in tropical forests. The delegation included representatives from Cross Boundary and Palladium, the 2 agencies responsible for managing the deployment of funds under this program.
During this contact meeting, the delegation shared its desire to invest in Gabon and was able to learn about the ambitions of the highest Gabonese authorities in terms of natural capital development, as well as the sector’s assets and challenges.
The various parties also finalized preparations for the field mission to Ogooué-Lolo, which, in addition to AGADEV and the P4F delegation, will bring together ANPN and private sector players to discuss business opportunities in non-timber forest products (NTFPs).
AGADEV symbolizes a new era for the development of Gabon and its economy.
